Delivery

Deliveries are made upon receipt of payment, and only if the order has been placed with delivery costs included. Deliveries are made to all European countries, and almost all other countries. The delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages are sent by insured BPack, a BPost service. For reasons of cost, and even exceptionally, no other delivery service is current. The goods travel at the expense, risk and peril of the recipient.

If the package should be returned to us following a wrong address and / or non-recovery by post following notice in the letterbox, the return will be at the customer's expense.

The tracking number is provided to the customer by email after the package is deposited at the post office.

Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the time of year, please be patient and do not claim a refund directly, in any case, the longer or shorter delivery time is a reason for requesting a refund. , the package must be declared lost by the carrier before possible reimbursement.


Shipping

We take the greatest care in shipping your order. Before dispatch, we carefully examine the parts ordered and we test the engine materials. Return of merchandise

If, ever, it turns out that the goods have to be returned to us, please first notify us by email ([email protected]) or by mail within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, giving reasons for the reasons for the return. This return must then be made within 4 days at the customer's expense. If it turns out that our responsibility is engaged, we will exchange the offending item or refund it to you. Given the care taken in handling models and packaging, we do not take back merchandise showing signs of manipulation or deterioration. The goods must imperatively be returned to us in their original box, otherwise the return is impossible.

If forever, any customer changing their mind about one or more items, we only take back the item (s), only if the dispatch note is in the accompanying, packaging and material without trace of deterioration, no refund will be made. , the item will either be exchanged for an item of the same value, or taken back against a voucher.

In all cases of return of goods, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Likewise, if the customer enters an incorrect address, the return or reshipping is the responsibility of the customer.

During the period of stock liquidation, no exchange or return of items, except on the sole and unique condition that the item does not work or is in a deteriorated state, thank you for your understanding.

Payment


Payments are made by international bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, and this for all countries. No payment by check, whatever the country. When paying by credit card, your data is transmitted securely. For payments, and refunds following an imputation due to the buyer, we do not cover any costs of banking transactions and / or currency exchange, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payments are made in advance when the packages are sent.

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer and the transfer is not made after 15 days, the order will be considered void and will be canceled.
